Individuals or entities listed on sanctions or restricted-party lists, including but not limited to:<\/strong><br>\u2022   United States Department of the Treasury \u2013 OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List,<br>\u2022   U.S. Department of Commerce \u2013 Entity List, Denied Persons List, or other export-control lists,<br>\u2022   U.S. Department of State sanctions lists,<br>\u2022   European Union consolidated sanctions list,<br>\u2022   United Nations Security Council sanctions list,<br>\u2022   Any equivalent sanctions list issued by other jurisdictions with legally applicable authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.  Individuals or entities located in, established in, or ordinarily residing in regions subject to comprehensive embargoes or trade restrictions, including jurisdictions restricted by the U.S. government or other applicable regulatory bodies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.  Users acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any sanctioned or restricted party, whether directly or indirectly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.  Users attempting to conceal their identity, location, ownership, or control structure to evade sanctions, export controls, or compliance checks.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SkyFortTech reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user who is identified as a sanctioned or restricted party, or who is reasonably suspected of violating applicable sanctions, embargoes, or export control regulations.<br>We may also request identity verification, location confirmation, or compliance-related documentation when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Management<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some services may require users to register and create an account. When registering an account, you should ensure that the submitted personal information (including but not limited to name, email, contact information) is true, accurate, complete, and kept up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using strong passwords and properly safeguarding them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly updating login credentials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not sharing your account or access credentials with any third party;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not using others\u2019 accounts to log in or attempting to access unauthorized systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You shall bear full responsibility for all actions performed under your account, including unauthorized access, transactions, or operations. If you discover any abnormal activity (such as account theft, data breach, or suspicious logins), <strong>you should immediately contact us at support@skyforttech.top<\/strong> so that we can take appropriate security measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate account access without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existence of fraud, abuse, misleading behavior, or security risks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account inactivity for a long period or technical issues requiring reset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an account is suspended or terminated, the user will no longer be able to access related services or data. Unless otherwise required by law, we have no obligation to retain, restore, or export account content and data, and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising therefrom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Service Fees and Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Fees<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fee Description:<\/strong> Service fees will be determined based on factors such as service type, project complexity, functional requirements, technical solutions, service period, and customization level. Specific prices will be clearly listed on the official website, quotations, contracts, or order confirmation pages, and the price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to adjust service fees at any time. Any new prices or billing standards will apply to new orders or renewal orders and will not affect historical orders or contracts that have been confirmed and taken effect. If price adjustments may have a material impact on you, we will provide advance notice via website announcements or emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated, all fees do not include any taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying the corresponding taxes in accordance with the laws of your location. If tax authorities require us to withhold or pay taxes on your behalf, we have the right to deduct such fees directly from your payable amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Methods<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure transaction security and convenience, we support the following main payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mainstream credit cards \/ debit cards: <\/strong>Including VISA, MasterCard, American Express , UnionPay, JCB, etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electronic wallets and mobile payments:<\/strong> Including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank transfer:<\/strong> Support multiple currencies and maintain receiving accounts in different countries and regions to facilitate international payments. Customers who wish to pay via bank transfer must contact and confirm with our customer support or finance team prior to payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payment transactions are processed through certified third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or other equivalent service providers). To view the full Refund, Cancellation &amp; Dispute Resolution Policy, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/skyforttech.net\/zh\/refund-policy\/\" title=\"\">https:\/\/skyforttech.net\/refund-policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definitions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the purposes of these Terms:<\/strong><br><strong>\u201cProject Not Started\u201d refers to a stage where no substantial work or resource allocation has occurred, including but not limited to:<\/strong><br>\u2022 no design drafts or development tasks begun;<br>\u2022 no project resources deployed (such as servers, domain configurations, paid software tools, or development environments);<br>\u2022 no labor hours consumed or assigned.<br>At this stage, the project exists only as a confirmed order without execution.<br><strong>\u201cProject in Progress\u201d refers to a stage where substantive work has already begun, including but not limited to:<\/strong><br>\u2022 prototypes, wireframes, UI\/UX drafts created;<br>\u2022 development tasks initiated;<br>\u2022 any form of labor hours already consumed;<br>\u2022 paid resources or third-party services already purchased or activated.<br><strong>\u201cProject Completed\u201d refers to a stage where the project has been delivered according to the agreed scope, including but not limited to:<\/strong><br>\u2022 final files delivered;<br>\u2022 website\/app deployed;<br>\u2022 functions implemented and handed over;<br>\u2022 client notified of completion.<br>Minor revisions or fine-tuning requests do not affect completion status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Conditions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds apply under the following circumstances:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Project Not Started:<\/strong> If the service has not officially started, you are eligible for a full refund.The refund amount will be returned via the original payment method after deducting third-party payment processing fees (typically 1%\u20135%).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project in Progress: <\/strong>Once the project has entered the execution stage, the refundable amount will be calculated based on:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>actual work completed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consumed labor costs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>purchased software licenses,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>server resources used,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>third-party service fees, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any documented expenses directly related to the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(<strong>The refund ratio will be determined by the proportion of uncompleted work relative to the total project scope, with a detailed breakdown provided.<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Completed:<\/strong> After project delivery, you may apply for a refund or compensation for objective quality issues within 3 business days. You need to provide reasonable evidence (such as screenshots of functional defects, error logs, test reports, etc.) for us to verify. If the problem is confirmed to be valid, we have the right to choose one or more of the following methods:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free repair or re-delivery of the corresponding function;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide alternative solutions or technical support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate partial refund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it is verified that the service has major defects or serious quality issues, and we fail to repair or improve within a reasonable period, you may apply for a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>However, the following situations are not eligible for refunds:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to reasons arising from the user\u2019s personal or subjective preferences (including individual biases in aesthetic judgment, design style, or layout choices);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to user\u2019s own reasons (such as demand changes, delayed feedback, failure to provide materials on time, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays or interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party system issues (such as natural disasters, power outages, large-scale network failures, government regulations, or other events beyond the Company\u2019s reasonable control).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priority of Other Agreements \/ Contracts<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any separate agreement, contract, quotation, service proposal, SLA, or supplemental agreement includes refund terms that differ from the Refund Conditions stated here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The terms in the separate contract shall prevail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This clause ensures consistency with custom client agreements and fixed-price or milestone-based contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All refund requests must be submitted through official support channels (e.g., support@skyforttech.top) and must include:<br>\u2022 order number,<br>\u2022 payment proof,<br>\u2022 refund reason,<br>\u2022 supporting evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing timeline:<br><strong>\u2022 Review:<\/strong> within 14 business days<br><strong>\u2022 Refund after approval: <\/strong>usually within 15 business days<br>\u2022 Actual arrival time may vary due to bank\/payment channel delays (up to 30 days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Cancellation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may submit a written cancellation request via support@skyforttech.top, including order details and reasons.<br><strong>\u2022 Project Not Started:<\/strong> eligible for a full refund (minus payment handling fees).<br><strong>\u2022 Project in Progress:<\/strong> charges will be applied proportionally, and a cancellation fee (not exceeding 10% of total payment) may apply.<br><strong>\u2022 Project Completed: <\/strong>no refund unless quality issues are confirmed valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you fail to provide essential materials (such as design requirements) within 7 days after project start, SkyFortTech may unilaterally cancel the project and refund the remaining balance after deducting incurred costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonus Items or Complimentary Services<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain packages or service plans may include bonus items, complimentary services, or additional features that are provided free of charge only after the purchase of the main service or package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In the event of a refund request:<\/strong><br>\u2022 If the purchased package or service is not fully completed, and the bonus items or complimentary services have already been used, partially used, or delivered, SkyFortTech reserves the right to deduct a reasonable value of such items or services from the refund amount.<br>\u2022 The deduction will reflect the actual usage or consumption value of the bonus or complimentary items, ensuring that the refund fairly accounts for benefits already received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This applies regardless of the reason for the refund, including project cancellation, termination, or quality-related claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
